What we store
- Your account email address
- Your CV content — the text you upload or enter during onboarding
- Job descriptions you add to your pipeline
- The scores and documents Evident generates from that content
Why
To produce your scored job matches, tailored CVs, cover letters, and other documents. We store your profile so you enter your story once and everything builds from it — we don't store it for any other purpose.
Where
Your data is held in an EU-hosted database. It does not leave the EU.
Who sees it
No one else — never sold, never shared with third parties, and no third-party advertising. Your data is used only to run your account.
Deletion
Email us at hello@evidentcv.ai and we will delete your account and all associated data on request. We aim to confirm deletion within five business days.
