Worth tailoring for, or not.
Tailoring time is the scarce resource in a job search, and most of it is spent before you know whether the role justified it. This is the fit assessment Evident gives on one specific posting, before that time is committed.
Both of this posting's stated must-haves — health-technology assessment submissions and the payer value narrative — are already in the history, each evidenced by named work. The two things the role asks for that J. Doe has not done are real, and neither is a hard gate: both sit among the role's secondary asks. What the hour buys here is not new material. It is stating eleven years of evidence work in the language a market-access reader scans for.
A few of a posting's requirements decide the answer on their own: the ones read before anything else, where not meeting them ends the application whatever the rest of the record says. Evident marks those hard gates, and reads this history against each one. The rest are secondary: they shape the tailoring, they do not decide it.
Every hard gate here is met, and the two requirements this history does not cover sit among the secondary asks — which is what makes the evening worth spending. Where a hard gate is not met, the report names it and says what it would take to meet it, rather than leaving you to guess why the score is low.
What the score is not. It is not a prediction that you will get the job, and no tool can honestly offer one. It is a read of one posting against one history, used to decide where an evening goes. A great CV is necessary, not sufficient.
